Burrito and Sons – Somewhere in Utah Valley

Food trucks are nothing new, but thanks to the advent of Twitter, they are getting a serious second wind. As with most things food related, the new food truck boom started on the east and west coast almost simultaneously, and has grown significantly from there. Heck, there’s even a food truck app on the iPhone 🙂

Finally, Utah Valley has its very own food truck: Burrito and Sons

Located somewhere in Utah Valley (you can find their current location on their website), they have some of the best Tex-Mex type food I’ve found. It’s very simple fare, consisting of a variety of burritos and quesadillas. There are four different fillings, two types of salsa, and sour cream. That is about it.

However, despite being simple, it’s very, very good food, and cheap to boot…my wife and I usually eat for less than $10! You can view the menu here: Burrito and Sons Menu

The easiest way to find their current location is to follow them on Twitter @burritoandsons

Happy eating 🙂
